Meet Mrs. Park - 2nd Grade

Hi, my name is Young Park. I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade here at Bergen Blvd!

 

I have been teaching for 19 years, and have been in Ridgefield for the past 16. I have taught grades K-3, and 2nd grade is my absolute favorite!

 

Every child grows and learns at different speeds, and I love assisting them each step of the way as they progress to meet their individual needs and goals. It always amazes me to see my students' growth from the beginning of the year to the end. 

 

It takes a village to raise a child.  I collaborate with parents, school admin, staff members, and other community members to help every child thrive.  Let's work together, so our children can meet their potentials and beyond!

- Montclair State University (MSU), Master's degree in Elementary Education 

- Nineteen years of experience in the elementary grade classrooms
